The second Global Assessment Certificate graduation ceremony took place on 24th October 2003 at the Tradewinds Hotel.

Ms Kim Beddoes welcomed the guests, in her capacity as MC, and the Director of CQU FIC, Mr Ray Scarlett, introduced the guest speaker, Mr Alistair Wait, from New Zealand.
